Wreath Laying by former CsOAS at National War Memorial on 16 Sep 2021
On the occasion of Eighth Chief's Conclave , Wreath Laying Ceremony by former CsOAS, including Chief of Defence Staff, Gen Bipin Rawat, was held at National War Memorial on 16 Sep 2021. The Conclave is a forum for the exchange of ideas between the old guard and the current leadership of the Indian Army.
